Many of you will know that Sauce’s Managing Director, John Twitchen, does a lot of cycling. For 2010 he’s stepped it up and is training to ride three stages (over 400km!) of this year’s Tour de France including the event’s toughest stage, the Col du Tormalet in the Pyrenees at 2,115m high.

John is aiming to raise a minimum of £2,500 for the William Wates Memorial Trust and Sauce will also be making a significant contribution.
